We take great care of the apartment in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**A deposit of R$ 900,00 is required, which must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

***We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

****All guests must submit their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning, closet, curtains, and blackout curtains;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 king bed, 1 single bed, balcony, TV, air conditioning, closet, curtains, and blackout curtains;

Guests will have full access to the property and condominium facilities.
