***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 queen-size bed, air conditioning, curtains, and blackout curtains;

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen-size bed, 1 single-size bed, air conditioning, curtains, and blackout curtains;

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen-size bed, 1 single-size mattress, air conditioning, curtains, and blackout curtains;

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 queen-size bed, 1 single-size bed, 3 single-size mattresses, air conditioning, curtains, and blackout curtains;

The condominium offers complete infrastructure for the whole family: swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids' area, game room, gym, playground, and sports courts.
