Located in Condomínio Ilha dos Pássaros, in Praia do Forte, with complete infrastructure and security, 24-hour doorman, sports area, 2 swimming pools and green area (Atlantic Forest reserve).

My space consists of a spacious and cozy living room, a full kitchen and 5 bedrooms (4 suites), all with air conditioning. The highlight is the outdoor area, with swimming pool, garden and gourmet terrace with barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Energy consumption will be charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

The rooms are made up as follows:

Room 1 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, 1 trundle bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closets.

Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closets.

Suite 2 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closets.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closets.

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 trundle bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closets.

*The cook also cleans the house and works from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, as agreed with the guest.

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

The outdoor area of ​​the house is undoubtedly the best part, equipped with a pool, dining furniture, and a green area offering direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool at my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
