Located in Condomínio Ilha dos Pássaros, in Praia do Forte, with complete infrastructure and security, 24-hour doorman, sports area, 2 swimming pools and green area (Atlantic Forest reserve).

My space consists of a spacious and cozy living room, a full kitchen and 5 bedrooms (4 suites), all with air conditioning. The highlight is the outdoor area, with swimming pool, garden and gourmet terrace with barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Energy consumption will be charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and cabinets.

Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 Queen bed, Split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closets.

Suite 2 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and cabinets.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 King bed, 2 single beds, Split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closets.

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 King bed, 1 bunk bed, Split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closets.

*The cook also cleans the house and works from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, as agreed with the guest.

The Condominium has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, soccer field, lots of green area (Mata Atlântica reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday to access the village and beach. Schedules according to availability.

The outside area of the house is without a doubt the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area in direct contact with nature.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options for bars and restaurants, is a strong port of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and night life.
