*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$ 1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The rooms are laid out as follows:

Suite 2: 1 queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and closet.

Suite 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and closet.

Bedroom: 2 single beds, TV, ceiling fan, and closet.

Living room: Sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and closet.

Guests will have full access to the previously agreed accommodation facilities, as well as the condominium.
