*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge water/electricity fees for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out;
***A deposit of R$ 900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The rooms are arranged as follows:
Suite 1 (superior): 1 queen-size bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and closet;
Bedroom 1 (superior): 1 queen-size bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and closet;
Bedroom 2 (superior): 1 queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and closet
Living room: Casal sofa-bed, TV and blackout curtain.
Located in the Vila dos Amigos Condominium, you'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor pool, gourmet area, shared lounge, relaxation area, garden, children's playground, and game room—not to mention the convenient reception, which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. And best of all: all this just steps from the sea.

2. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
3. We are not responsible for belongings left in the property or on the premises of the condominium, however if found, we will be happy to return them.
4. No smoking inside the apartment. Allowed only in the external areas of the condominium.
5. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-daily fee will be charged for the period.
6. Respect the rules of the Condominium. Failure to comply with these, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
**The supply of bed and bath linen is accounted for before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken any part by mistake, let us know for a return.**
