**We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

***We do not charge water/electricity fees for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out;

****A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

*****All guests must submit identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

The suites are laid out as follows:

Suite 1: 1 single bed + extra bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Suite 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Suite 3: 1 queen bed, TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.
