Excellent apartment, finely decorated and cozy, located in Residencial Casa Amarela, with complete infrastructure, in the best location in Imbassaí, a few steps from the beach and with access to the river through the condominium.

My space consists of 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all with Split air conditioning. It also has a living room with Smart TV, full kitchen and a balcony!


We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.


The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

OBS.: Our accommodation has capacity for up to 6 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old.


Condominium with complete infrastructure, close to the river, beach and also restaurants and bike path.

The place has a particular natural beauty where moments of happiness will be guaranteed!

The condominium offers a gym, green area for ecological walks, children's playground, children's and adult pools with semi-Olympic lane, gourmet space, gym, nautical support and bicycle storage, deck park, beach volleyball court and security booth.

4. We are not responsible for belongings on the premises of the property and condominium, but if found, we will be happy to return them.

5. No smoking inside the property.

6. Respect check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and prearranged. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a fee will be charged for half a day for the period.

**The provision of bed linen and towels is accounted for before and after the stay of our guests. Please, if you have taken any part by mistake, let us know for a return.**
