My space has a swimming pool and gourmet area with private barbecue, full kitchen, wi-fi and living room.

We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 5 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 2 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 5 (superior): 1 super king bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony.

Guests will have access to the entire space of the house and condominium without restrictions.

The Quintas do Sauípe Condominium has a swimming pool, gourmet lounge, party room, games room, kids area, children's playground, gym and sports courts. In addition, the condominium also has: 2 tennis courts, sports area, squash room, sauna, massage room, cinema, gym and 2 playgrounds.

The distance from the International Airport of Salvador - Luís Eduardo Magalhães to the Condominium is 85,3 km.

1. We provide bed and bath linen.

2. We expect our guests to respect the house rules and take good care of it.

3. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

4. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house or on the premises of the condominium, however if found, we will be happy to return them.

5. No smoking inside the house. Allowed only in external areas.

6. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which can be flexible and arranged in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed time, a half-daily fee will be charged for the period.

7. Respect the rules of the Condominium that will be provided at check-in.

8. The use of sound other than that provided by the property is not allowed.
