*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; For reservations over 30 days, we charge for water and electricity.*

The Mediterrâneo I condominium is a high-rise development. Located in Praia do Forte, in the Iberostate complex, it is in a prime and important area of Camaçari. Surrounded by nature and tourist attractions, it offers peace and comfort to its guests.
Praia do Forte is a destination rich in biodiversity, with ecological recognition such as the Green State Award from the State Government of Bahia in 2018 and the Sustainable Tourist Destination Award from the World Tourism Organization in 2020.

2. We are not responsible for any belongings left in the apartment or on the condominium premises, but if found, we will be happy to return them.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in the external areas.
4. Respect the check-in and check-out times, which may be flexible and agreed upon in advance. If the guest checks out after the stipulated and agreed upon time, a fee corresponding to half the daily rate for the period will be charged.

6. Vehicles must be parked in the area designated for each independent unit, and vehicles may not be parked on the grass of the condominium or in other places that hinder access for other condominium owners.
7. Failure to comply with this and other rules of good coexistence, after prior warning, will be subject to a fine established by the Condominium's Internal Regulations.
