Boasting a prime location in the Guarajuba Ville condominium, this village features four beautiful air-conditioned suites, two with balconies; a bright living and dining room; a fully equipped kitchen; and a furnished balcony!

The condominium is just 1km from Genipabu Beach and boasts an excellent living area with a large pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, a gym, a children's playground, and much more! It's fully designed to provide you with leisure and well-being!

We take great care of the house, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled).

****All guests must submit identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

This symbol represents sustainable tourism combined with intense environmental preservation.
