Excellent apartment with bedroom and living room, located in front of Praia do Buracão, in Rio Vermelho.

Located on the 2nd floor, my apartment has 1 suite with split air conditioning and Smart TV with cable channels, living room, full kitchen and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. In addition, the building offers a swimming pool overlooking the sea, gym, sauna and electric barbecue.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

******A deposit of R$600.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

NOTE: Double sofa bed in the living room.
