****A security deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

*****All guests must submit identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a dresser.

Suite 4 (superior): 2 single beds, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a dresser.
